Welcome to my metal detecting blog, where I post about my metal detecting finds! I got my metal detector, a Garrett Ace 300, in March 2018 but I started using it pretty recently in June 2018, less than a week ago at the time writing this. In that time, I have found only 2 zinc pennies, a little less than 2 dozen nails, 3 bottle caps, a pencil, and other random stuff. I might also talk about other stuff like coin collecting and coin roll hunting (I rarely coin roll hunt, though.) I started collecting coins and getting serious about it in early 2018 and, at the time writing this, my oldest coin is a 1935 plain penny. I will try to keep you updated with all of my coin roll hunting and metal detecting finds!
